Delete your account and data

The fastest verified method is inside the mobile app: open Account & settings, tap Delete my account and data, then confirm. This removes the server profile, push tokens, local match list, and Firebase identity, and redacts your identity in active match rooms.

If you cannot access the app, email privacy@anisomorphic.com from the address linked to your account. Include any match codes that help locate the account, but never send passwords or identity tokens. We will verify ownership before processing the request.

Anonymous accounts without a linked email can normally be deleted only from the device where they are signed in. Expired realtime rooms are automatically removed after their retention period.
